What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try to grow the firm so you can pay the staff more and give us better benefits. If you could do that the firm would be fantastic that's my only real complaint.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Other staff members and management are very helpful and honest with their feedback. Management often listens to my concerns and gives quality answers to any questions.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a small firm and has limited resources so pay is below the average for what you would expect. Benefits are very limited and could be greatly improved.
