Look into expanding into other areas of law. This would open up more positions and shake things up a bit. Offer more training and education opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Brown Winick Graves Gross Baskerville and Schoenebaum strives to give its employees a good work/life balance. They also have a knack for hiring good people who make everyday a blast.
What did you not like about this institution?
Advancement is tough here, mainly because everyone wants to stick around, so openings are few and far between. Less chances for advancement sometimes lead to a bit too much competition between the employees.
