What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Focus on teamwork, setting and achieving goals as different groups. Give more opportunities for rest and relaxation so new hires don't burn out intheir attempts to overachieve.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very welcoming firm that has a higher percentage of younger workers than normal. They do a good job mentoring and training without babying. The pay is decent, but the benefits both monetary and educational more than make up for it.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since there is always new blood coming through, lasting partnerships are hard to come by. It does get very competitive since new hires are fresh out of school and looking to make a name for themselves. Could be a bit more teamwork oriented.
