What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I can understand the frustrations but don't wrongfully accuse us just because you're upset, think it through or just go for a walk if you can't manage your own self well enough.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Plenty of large cases to get me excited about my work and keep me busy, pay is fair. One yearly bonus. Other workers are pleasant to work with.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management is rather moody and can take it out on us. This is problematic because we frequently get blamed for things we can't possibly have been at fault for.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There's been a change for the better in management. There are a lot of big name clients which makes the work interesting and the managing partner has always had an open door policy. Every partner that has their name on the door works harder than anyone else. I've been here many years and found them to be supportive, fair, generous with holiday parties and bonuses. The benefits could be better but being in a place you like coming to can't be beat.
What did you not like about this institution?
The usual "diva" and "gossipy" secretaries and staff - you find them at every firm.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
My favorite thing about this firm is the easy going culture as to dress and accessibility to the top partners.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been working at King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano part- time for more than 5 years. Great partners, interesting clients, unique tasks and projects, 100% health benefits, small entrepreneurial and positive environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
Small firm means you must stay on top of the workload in this fast paced environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The follow the money. If things get difficult they will ditch you. No loyalty. Loves to shift blame.
What did you not like about this institution?
All of them. They will call you asking for details for the case three years in. They just push paper and expect an easy settlement. Don’t buy their BS. Hire a real firm that protects you.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
They will shift the responsibility on you when they want to drop the case. They also take millions from the COVID relief funds.
