What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
As great as some of the opportunities that the firm offers attorneys such as myself are, there are a lot of things left to be desired when it comes to the culture of the work place. I often have to fend for myself when it comes to taking care of issues with some projects and cases. Other associates are too busy working on their own cases and the leadership doesn't really provide enough communication and resources.
What did you not like about this institution?
There has to be more meetings held that focus on the goal of creating an atmosphere where associates help each other a little more on complicated cases as well as more communication from the leadership.
