What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make sure you're friendly with your higher-ups because they will be your guiding light. If you are notaceina with them, you'll have a really difficult time working day-to-day as well as moving up in the world.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the rules were a little lax (within reason). The coverage I received with insurance was decent. Good location. The only good part was the people I worked with, not necessarily the people I worked for.

What did you not like about this institution?
People weren't appropriately reprimanded when there were mistakes. Some people were inappropriately reprimanded when there were issues beyond their control. Nobody was held accountable for work errors. Or things they should have been held accountable for.
