What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would really like to see Ledbetter diversify and take more risks. I would also like to see them hire some new attorney's.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Excellent starting pay, great benefits, plenty of work, busy work environment, and very friendly and helpful staff all make this firm exceptional.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be quite boring and dull since it is a pretty traditional law firm in that they will not take on cases that are outside of their areas of expertise.
