After graduating with honors from California Polytechnic State University, Stacy made the move to Colorado and graduated with honors from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 2002. She then pursued her dream of becoming a lawyer and obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver Law School in 2009.

Before opening her own firm, Stacy gained valuable experience working for a large landlord/tenant firm and a multi-state foreclosure firm. This diverse background allowed her to develop expertise in areas such as evictions, landlord tenant law, litigation, and homeowners association law, in addition to her collections experience. Stacy's dedication to expanding her knowledge and skills led her to pass the bar exams in Nevada and New Mexico in 2014, further enhancing the firm's ability to serve clients in multiple jurisdictions.
