What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would really like to see management get together with us and figure out how we set up more opportunities for growth within the firm. Seeing some new faces around the office would not hurt either.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is tight knit and feels like family. I also found the starting salary and benefits to be very competitive. The work is always interesting and there's never a dull moment in the office.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since this firm is somewhat small, I have found that work can pile up quite quickly. I also believe that there should be more room for growth as well.
