What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel that a lot of the more important cases go right to the more experienced people. It would be nice if the work could be divvied up among some of the newer employees so they can get more experience. We don't really have much of a chance to prove ourselves. I feel that by showing a bit more trust in the newer employees could go a long in way in not only building up their confidence, but giving them an outlet to prove themselves.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel the firm is well-respected and it really boosts my confidence. My peers are very highly experienced, and although I was new - I never felt they looked down on me. They taught me things without being condescending. I feel valued working here. We do a wide range of different things related to many different aspects of law. Work is always new and fresh.

What did you not like about this institution?
I'm a new employee here, and a lot of the other employees are very experienced and have worked here for a long time. I feel respected, however I feel a lot of the important work goes to people with more experience and have been around at the firm for longer. I feel that I could really benefit from taking on more important responsibilities, but I don't really get the chance to prove myself.
