What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to step up and be more firm with their employees. If the employees run the firmthen it will only create chaos.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for about a year and enjoyed the pay and benefits. They pay you very well and you can get an opportunity for a raise every few months which is nice. I also got a lot of vacation time.

What did you not like about this institution?
The staff at this firm was terrible. Everyone gossiped and the environment was incredibly unprofessional. Management never seemed to do anything and just didn't seem to care. Employees would come and go and never got fired.
