What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The workload is very high and that causes a very high turnover rate. The firm would really benefit in doing things that could help alleviate the workload that people are given. Sometimes there is just too much to do and too little time to do it. It can be very stressful.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is truly wonderful people. All the attorneys consider one another friends. Even the paralegals are treated very well. Everyone respects everyone. The comradery is truly amazing. People work together without stepping on anyone else's toes. The pay is great as well. There's a firm match 401k plan and really competitive salaries.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a very high workload which causes a lot of people to look for work elsewhere. The turnover rate is very high and we tend to spend a lot of time training their replacements. This is very stressful. People tend to quit in times that our workload is high and that gives us even more workload. It's very tense.
