What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Realize we are humans and that at times we shut down and need to refuel . It is a team effort Thank goodness one of the partners has an understanding ... ABBY ,let’s us shut down and refuel .. she gets it .. others not so much .

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you love The field of personal injury/medical malpractice and other assorted goodies that would scare most away , this is the place for you They play to win and do . They don’t give up or or stand down . They make law and change law They also teach law!!!

What did you not like about this institution?
Your head will eventually explode .. .. The work is never ending ! No boiler plate in here ! The motion practice goes on and on and on because failure is not an option . While the clients succeed the worker bees have the life sucked out of us however we all seem to return to the mothership after a brief siesta

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Bob Genis .. greatest lawyer ... that I have ever worked with ... and I have worked with The who’s who from top firms , However he’s a maniac And expects everyone to be like him .. his work product is exceptional however if you need some cuddling you must go to Abby, She understands and will have your back .

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I Have left and come back many times . I am proud of my work. I am proud to be a part of a success . They really do care about the clients.... they are not just nameless files but human beings .. They will never settle for $1. dollar , if they think that they can get you $2. I feel like I am contributing to something positive that helps the underdog ... The firm despises the prejudiced . That is something to stand behind .. they don’t fake it, they make it ,believe it and live it .. at the end of the day that’s something that I could stand behind !!

Bob cares more about his clients than any lawyer I ever met. He works hard and is incredibly knowledgeable. He treats everyone with respect and as a professional. The firm gets incredible results for their clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
They don’t like slackers; not loafing on the job.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Bob’s energy is infectious. He is always up and ready to work, and pitch in to help others. He cares, he works hard, is smart and knowledgeable and loves to teach.
