The attorneys here are high caliber, the environment is collegial, and there are ample opportunities for growth and promotion. The firm allows attorneys to work from home or remotely depending on individual needs. Staff are protected and only work afterhours/weekends here limited circumstances where it is shown they are necessary (to avoid crazy attorneys who just like to keep staff around.)ConsManagement frequently makes changes to ensure that the firm is continuing to grow and be successful, which is a good thing. However, sometimes changes are not clearly communicated to the entire firm (i.e. bonus structures.)
