There is a really high turnover, the environment is a bit dull, there is not a lot of motivation, and it the work is very draining.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel that they should focus much more on their employee

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has a lack of appreciation for employees, and if they do then they need to show it and let them know that they are appreciated.

Bain & Barkley is a workplace of down-to-earth, hardworking people. The atmosphere is both high-spirited and driven. It’s a fantastic law firm.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The Bain & Barkley team is incredibly welcoming. I felt like a part of the team as soon as I arrived.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was given a remote data entry position within the firm. I came in with a lot of questions that were always answered with thorough explanation and felt welcomed with open arms. I have been given multiple opportunities to expand my skill-set and have learned a lot during my time with Bain & Barkley.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I love the communication within the firm. During the Coronavirus pandemic, management had weekly check-ins with the employees to ensure everyone was set up to efficiently work from home. There were fun team building activities to keep everyone's spirits up.

This small firm has a lot to offer! The staff is friendly and everyone works as a team. The partners are accessible and welcome questions and suggestions. The environment is professional but warm and there are lots of opportunities for growth. Overall it’s a great place to work.
