Give the staff work that can add value to the client and try to match the new employees with areas that they are interested in working on or learning about as they grow.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can gain a great amount of experience, the pay is above-market with a good bonus system. Many good people with excellent tech support and other office amenities.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some assignments are not very challenging and there is no room for creativity in handling your cases or the strategy to win your case.
