Have management attend some seminars or offer extra training for them. The office may get a little too laid back at times, and dialing that back a bit may make the office more efficient.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Ernstrom & Dreste does offers a great benefits package, very competitive pay, swanky new offices. The office environment is pretty laid back.

What did you not like about this institution?
Little room for advancement and some of the management styles are outdated. The firm has a hard time finding ways to move people sideways when a position is not right for them.
