The firm is making money hand over first but doesn't trickle down to the staff like it should. The partners should increase base compensation or expand bonuses or even look into profit sharing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has plenty of work which also means it has a promising future. It's a small firm so it has a personal and friendly atmosphere without too much internal competition.

What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't a lot of room to advance at the firm. Young employees will not have a lot of luck at changing the firm's ways. The job is what it is and isn't likely to change.
