What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see this firm become more competitive and drastically increase its starting pay. This way they will hold onto whoever they may hire and will be able to grow as a firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office environment is very casual and everyone is very friendly. The hours are also great and offer a lot of flexibility.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is dismal and is well below what most other firms would start their employees at. While I was working here a lot of people were quitting which made getting work done very difficult.
