What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Take the advice of the management level attorneys who sometimes know the clients and the needs of the firm better than the partners do.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here for three years and I had so much exposure to different areas of the practice right from the start. It's definitely a great place to start out.
What did you not like about this institution?
Managers get a lot of stress placed on them from the partners. Partners can be resistant to criticism.
