What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
First, allow us to have at least a drink at our work station; it's inefficient to have to get up just to get a sip of water or to go thirsty. Add some employee recognition maybe yearly or even monthly if you can. Add more promotion opportunities for employees that have been here for some years now.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been with the firm for a few years now and love the competitive helpful atmosphere. Pay is more than you would expect and benefits are fantastic. Great location and plenty of parking options. There is an average amount of vacation days.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are not enough big cases to go around, which are usually only once in a blue moon. There is no employee recognition. There are limited promotion opportunities.Food and drink are not allowed at the workstation.
