The firm should work on treating employees with more respect. There should be office meetings in which firm staff can voice their opinions. The HR department should look at room for advancement to keep firm morale up.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office is full of great staff that is open to communication. Firm trips are taken to form group cohesiveness. Raises and promotions are given in a timely fashion.

What did you not like about this institution?
Trying to gain more experience and open yourself to learning experiences is difficult here. Although you are able to advance in position, it seems it is not too high up. Things tend to go wrong when the higher-up's don't appreciate or respect you.
