What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Attorneys here do not teach you much in training. Experience is gained by personal learning. You need to work hard along with your seniors if you want to learn interesting and new things and gradually you will be asked to do more work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very good benefits and employee-centered culture. Pay and perks are at par with other competitive Law firms. I must say I was surrounded by a lot of very smart people. They have high morale and are very life work balanced. They take every situation into consideration while making any decision.
What did you not like about this institution?
Firm tends to change focus frequently, especially in regards to acquisitions. The downside to being so employee-centered is that it was very difficult to thin the herd of under-performing people.

The work environment is very professional yet quite casual as well. I found everyone to be very helpful and there was always plenty of work to go around.
What did you not like about this institution?
Room for advancement (promotion) felt like it was lacking. Being that this is a medium sized firm I would of liked to see more room for promotions and advancement.
