What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Redo the offerings in relation to benefits and the place would be hands down the best out there in the metro area.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management team is really top notch people, and has a great work ethic that is infectious to others.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits are a bit lacking, and the HR department seems to not pay attention to what needs to be done.

Learn how to be a kind human and stop the bullying.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Do not waste your time. In my opinion, there is nothing positive about working for this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
I was scared to go to work for fear of the owner cursing, slamming doors , yelling and threatening the staff for no valid reason. This was a daily occurrence and we could not keep employees, they would quit very soon after being brought on. Each month a new employee would quit. When trying to hire, the owner would talk down and make people so uncomfortable they would decline the position.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
