What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They compensate at top market rates and have a great benefits package. The culture here is unbeatable. Everyone is invested in the growth of each other and the firm. Part of the reason for that is because they have a partner track which allows attorneys to make partner earlier on in their career compared to other firms.

What did you not like about this institution?
Billable requirement is pretty high but they are flexible with it.
