What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel it would be good to develop some sort of training regimen for new employees. I felt that I was thrown right into it. Although people were very helpful in helping me learn, I didn't feel it was structured at all. I felt I could have really utilized some sort of stepping stones to get me my experience so I could begin helping immediately without feeling that I was holding everyone back.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I got a job here right out of college. I was pretty clueless, but everyone at the firm took me under their wing and held my hand until I was a bit more experienced. I had a little bit of trouble understandings all the ins and outs of the industry, but I was helped by the more experienced members of the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel that I was looked down upon a little bit because I was new and fresh out of college. I feel that I didn't really get respected, and I felt it was very difficult to earn respect among my peers. Although they were very helpful, I feel they didn't trust me with any big cases, and I felt when I did do work on important cases - someone was always looking over my shoulder.
