Give us some freedom to choose what we want to work on this I believe will increase efficiency and worker drive. Add training opportunities for young lawyers or any training would work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pretty chill and laid back colleagues that creates a chill atmosphere that is pleasant to work in. Good starting year salary and a small yearly bonus.

What did you not like about this institution?
No training at all is offered here which is unfortunate for those seeking a first job out of school. No real choice as to what you get to work on either.
