What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
One thing I would suggest is if you're firmly stuck on the idea that no food or drinks are allowed at our desks to give us a longer lunch break it's barely long enough to eat if we bring our own food.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management has high moral standards and carries that over to the firm quite well making all who work here a better person and to be less selfish. Good pay and benefits are quite well because management wants people to stay.

What did you not like about this institution?
Long hours at times and a rather short break compared to what most people expect. No drink or food at our desks which sucks but when one person abuses such things it gets taken away sadly.
