My advice to management is to increase the pay scale and salary for employees and give out more challenging and meaningful assignments.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoy working with my co-workers because they are very smart people. I also enjoy the location of my workplace.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is not very good for me and some of the assignments are meaningless tasks.

It might be a good idea to work on preventing people from having overly long days if you aren't going to raise the pay.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Almost everyone here is excited to just work here and genuinely enjoys their work. I never feel like I'm actually working because I enjoy it.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here isn't the best for other comparable firms if you only care about money and the hours can be long.
