What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think they really need to hire a bit more staff to deal with the volume of cases, but in the end I guess that's job security. There is always work to be done, but having a little more family time would certainly be nice during the wonderful Georgia summers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Thomas Horstemeyer is a fantastic place to work if you want to specialize in intellectual property and patent law. We represent a large list of major corporations and the work is always interesting and different. There are so many wonderful people in the firm; it's truly a pleasure to come to work every day.

What did you not like about this institution?
Probably the only con to working at this firm is the heavy case load. With such big name clients, so many products and cases to deal with, it can upset your work and life balance with the long hours that are required on this job.
