Be more selective with your clients so that employees don't feel like they are wasting their time on flaky clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners are some of the most ethical and responsive professionals that I've worked with in my ten year career in law.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the team goes too far out of their way to secure a client that wouldn't be a good fit in the firm. A lot of work hours are spent on potential clients that did not end up with the firm.
