What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Have some parking spots built. Be more mindful towards mistakes. With creativity comes a mistake or two. I would like an opportunity to rise in station that just doesn't exist at the moment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management promotes creativity and freedom to make important decisions on our own. The pay is great. Benefits are good and incentives are in place to keep us working hard.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is little room for mistakes. The turnover rate is high. As there is no parking near the business, I have to walk a couple blocks to get to work after I drive. It can get rather noisy.
