What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try to lessen that gap within the divide and eventually try to close it because that is the one thing about this firm that is off putting for me.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
An extremely high level of work to be done here which is great for those looking to improve their career. Management is understanding of my personal life and is willing to help when I need some time.

What did you not like about this institution?
It seems at times the firm is divided down the middle socially. This creates a stressful atmosphere and like some people are caught in the middle of the divide.
