Try to stabilize the schedule for staff so that we may have a more reliable home life. Try to reduce some of the unnecessary stress to make the atmosphere a more enjoyable experience.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good firm to work for with pleasant to work for management and pleasant colleagues. Staff is willing to assist within reason and very helpful training opportunities.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the higher up management are stressful people and can cause extra unnecessary stress on the staff. Some heavy workloads and unreliable hours.
