What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The competition to earn bonuses is a grind. To decrease turnover, base salaries should be increased at least a little bit or the standards for bonuses should be a little looser.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is loaded with clients and always has plenty of work. There are ample opportunities for advancement and lots of money to be made.
What did you not like about this institution?
Most of the compensation is offered in the form of bonuses. Starting salaries are low. Nothing is given at this firm, which means you'll have to work hard for long hours to out-earn your peers at other firms.
