What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer more opportunities for raises and promotions. Otherwise employees will leave and look for better employment elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been at this firm for 2 years now and I've greatly enjoyed my experience. Management is great and super helpful. They also have up to date computers that work well and run very fast. They are constantly upgrading and nice to use new gadgets around the office.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay for this firm could be better. The starting pay is good but they rarely ever offer promotions and raises. I've worked here for 2 years and have only had 1 raise so far. It would be helpful to be paid more after my years there.
