Management needs to lighten the work load and focus on more quality over quantity. Not giving the best representation possible for a client will only hurt a firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a lot of upward mobility since it is a large firm. Promotions are available a lot of the time and the people who really deserve them get them. Management is very fair in their decision making and does their best to take care of employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours for this firm are brutal. Be prepared to live at your desk and never see your friends and families. They push a lot of work out but it is usually lackluster. They only seem to care about making as much money as possible.
