Your employees are spectacular so I think more appreciation should be shown for their fantastic efforts.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
All of the firm's employees are very kind and responsive to the needs of the clients. I have yet to see a client wait more than a day to receive a response from the team.

What did you not like about this institution?
There's a high turnover which I suspect has to do with compensation. Salaries and benefits could be increased in order to improve employee retention.
