What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be more lenient with the staff, as we are people and don't need to be treated like children to get work done. We are adults. If we spill a drink we will clean it. A little non work related conversation can go a long way for morale and our sanity.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff provides free bagels every Wednesday and a free lunch once a month. Pay is good and benefits are fair. All the offices work very well together.

What did you not like about this institution?
The job is stressful and micro managed by management. We can't have food or drink at our desks and receive constant emails about how to dress. Conversations that don't pertain to work are not allowed. This job also has a high turnover rate.
