What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be sensitive to the needs of human being you are employing to work for you. Curb practices of preferential treatment and biases as well as avoid internal politics.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at Miller, Johnson, Snell & Cummiskey, and P.L.C as an attorney. The best part was compensation, good amount of learning, client experience, and opportunity to work on challenging problems.
What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part was high internal politics, too much travel, no respect for personal life, culture of preferential treatment and biases, and networking yielding more career advancement than work and talent.
