What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Team building would be a smart thing to think about. Right now there is little cohesiveness within the firm. Everyone is working against each other. Maybe you should work on fixing that.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are some very smart lawyers here and the work can be interesting. It's not often that people can say that about their job, especially lawyers.
What did you not like about this institution?
The leadership team actively fosters an environment of intense competition. Oftentimes this makes it feel as if everyone is working against each other rather than as a team.
