What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the biggest single thing management can do to improve the work environment is to make sure all the employees here are kept informed of major decisions that are made.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really love the office environment here. The people are great and the building is spacious and well apportioned. There is also a fantastic view.
What did you not like about this institution?
The leadership team here is kind of standoffish and they don't mingle with others very often. It can also be annoying when major decisions aren't communicated to the rank and file in a timely fashion.
