Hire some more employees to take on the load. That will make things more efficient and help in the long run.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great place to be, that cares about the employee and the customer very well. I always feel like I am learning here, and that I'm making strides in my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes, the amount of work that has to get gets stressful. I feel like I work very long hours, when things could be cut down sometimes.
