What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It was great to be recognized for doing a great job, and if you can only pull your own weight that's fine, too. You need to get rid of those that are along for the free ride, though.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a great atmosphere. I was recognized for my hard work and I felt like part of the team. The office was casual and we had free beverages and food all the time. It was a great place to work!
What did you not like about this institution?
Some people were lazy and didn't pull their weight. We had to pull the weight of others to meet deadlines. Some friendships within the office mattered too much, and certain people got away with too much.
