What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think a better pay and bonus format could help some associates to deal with the work load better when we get busy during some times of the year.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have a lot of great opportunities to learn a lot from my fellow associates. The attorneys here are well versed in a lot of different and important areas of law.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be a bit overwhelming. Due to some of the importance of the cases, a lot of effort is done to make sure we keep our clients happy.
