What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Increasing the pay and benefits for lower tier lawyers is something that I think would be great. I also think there should be more employee events to help ease some of the stress.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The superiors at the firm are all about importance of quality. I really find the work environment to be helpful when it comes to focusing on the client cases and goals. Any help I need is always met with guidance and the resources I need to solve them.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes, the work and hours can get a little overwhelming. I also don't think the pay is that great. But the importance of the experience I gain here is something that I think will end up being more beneficial.
