What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would emphasize to everyone to care about the support staff. I think this would help everyone in the long run with competent paralegals and secretaries working for the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found that the senior attorneys are extremely knowledgeable and will provide mentoring well beyond your first days there. Everyone is passionate about the work they do and tries to have a deep knowledge in many areas.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think that sometimes the attorneys can be uninterested in the support staff, which leads to a high turnover rate. A good law firm cannot run without good paralegals.
