What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Update the offices lighting and increase its aesthetic appeal for the the workers and clients. A new paint job would be nice too, not much other than that the place is great.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The place really pushes you to work harder but in a good exciting way adding incentives for hard work and a bonus to the best worker. This creates a fun competitive environment. Pay is great, bonuses are awesome and incentives are high.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the team doesn't put in as much effort as they should and just slide by with poor work. It's a dark area as far as lighting goes. Visually the place doesn't look very modern and has a dark sad look to it.
