What did you not like about this institution?
Highly advise NOT to work with attorney Sipra Boyd. Despite receiving a demand letter a month ago and a signed authorization, she’s refused flatly to work in good faith with co-counsel on a resolution. She has not responded to follow up emails, delayed initial response to the demand, refuses to cooperate, provides information that is not accurate and misleading, and attempts to delay, intimidate or ignore you into giving up. This is not ethical practice or operating in good faith. I’ve filed a complaint with the State Bar of Texas.
