Pay your employees more. Look more closely at what they do and how they perform. Many people paid more than they should be while many people are paid less than they should be.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The Stewart's are caring people who sincerely try their best to help employees. Their is a family touch to the law firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Low pay. They seem to be tight on paying salary from my experience. However, this may vary depending on their need.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Darron Stewart sometimes gives personal insults. I think he is joking sometimes but needs to draw the line back further.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
They care about people and their employees. I think you can reason with them. It is stable and been around for years.
